The campaign ‘Swachhata hi Sewa’ as a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was observed at ICAR-NIASM, Baramati on 02nd October, 2017. Today valedictory function was organized in our institute auditorium. In this function Mrs. Rohini Taware, member, Baramati Municipal Council was invited as chief guest and Mrs. Sarika Taware, Sarpanch, Malegaon Kh as guest of honour. In this function all the scientists, technical, administrative, contractual staffs, research fellows, young professionals of our institute as well as principals and students of six different schools of Malegaon Kh. and Malegaon B. was attended this function. In this function we displayed the video clips of activities done by our institute during this campaign (September 15 to October, 02, 2017). In this function prize were also given to the school principals viz. first prize to Shardabai Pawar Vidyalaya and Kanist Mahavidyalaya, Shivnagar, second prize to Shrimant Shambhu Singh Maharaj High School and Junior College, Malegaon Bk. and Zilla Parishad Prathmik Shala, Police Station, Malegaon Bk., third prize to Zilla Parishad Prathmik Shala No.1 (Girls), Malegaon Bk and Zilla Parishad Prathmik Shala No. 2 (Girls), Malegaon Bk. and consolation prize to Zilla Parishad Prathmik Shala, Malegaon Kh. for cleanliness. At the end of the programme refreshment was also arranged for all.
